IPD8 is a pioneering digital-first company specializing in early childhood development and parental empowerment. Our mission is to revolutionize the parenting experience by blending scientific insight, personalized digital engagement, and community-driven support.
The first 1,000 days shape 80% of a child’s brain development. Missing this golden period means missing the easiest, most impactful time to give your child an advantage for life.
Your child’s program is built from genetic decoding, behavior analysis, and stage-specific needs — ensuring every dollar you invest targets their unique potential.
Co-developed by leading specialists from New Zealand and Vietnam, blending the latest science with deep cultural understanding. You’re not paying for trial and error — you’re paying for proven excellence.
Beyond academics, we focus on health, emotional intelligence, creativity, and confidence — building the foundation for lifelong success, not just short-term milestones.
This is more than a program. It’s a gift of health, knowledge, and resilience that your child will carry for life — an impact no toy, gadget, or short-term class can match.
I can still picture that morning as if it were yesterday…
IPD8 was alive with the energy of a festival — warm handshakes, heartfelt smiles, and the signing of landmark partnerships in the mother and baby world. All of us bound by one shared dream: to protect health, nurture potential, and plant the seeds of education from a child’s very first moments.
Under the inspiring guidance of our Co-Founders, IPD8 felt unstoppable. By my side was Senior Advisor Tim Haynes — a visionary who opened our eyes to broader horizons — and a devoted, multi-talented assistant who wore many hats, each time with unwavering dedication. Together, we laid the very first bricks of this foundation.
I call it the first step in a journey of a thousand miles. Driven by love and an unshakable belief in the future of our children, we walked forward with hope. And in my heart, I know that one day, IPD8 will give wings to a generation — strong in health, rich in confidence, and radiant in happiness.
That morning, Hanoi felt different — as if it had wrapped itself in a brand-new coat. The air was fresh with anticipation. In the grand, light-filled hall, under the glow of bright spotlights, the launching ceremony of the IPD8 1,000 Golden Days Center began. Laughter, pride, and hope filled the room as the New Zealand Ambassador to Vietnam, the Director of the IPD Institute, and our trusted partners stood side by side, witnessing a milestone that carried the weight of dreams for countless children.
The world has long known about the “golden window” — those precious first 1,000 days of life when each moment of care, each act of love, can shape the entire future of a child. That day, I realized I was part of something far bigger than myself — a journey to share knowledge, spark inspiration, and equip mothers with tools that blend love with science, so they can give their children the very best start in life.
From that day forward, IPD8’s journey unfolded with seven key missions — from holding prenatal classes and teaching childcare skills, to offering nutrition consultations, publishing treasured book collections, transferring certified curriculums, and launching the “Joining Hands for a Generation” fund — all with one heartfelt promise: so that children can be better than us.
That day, as I held Decision No. 08/QD – IPD from the IPD Institute for Educational Research, under the Vietnam Association for Community Health Care Education, my hands trembled slightly. It wasn’t just a document. It was the seal on a dream I had carried for so long — the dream of building a trusted place where every Vietnamese mother could find the knowledge, guidance, and strength to give her child the best start in life.
To me, this license was more than permission to operate. It was a promise — that IPD8 would stand as a beacon of early education in Vietnam, dedicated to the “first 1,000 golden days” when love and science intertwine to shape a child’s future.
Our mission is simple yet powerful: “To make my child better than me.” It is the hope beating in every parent’s heart — to see their child healthier, wiser, happier, and more successful than they could ever be.
That morning, Hanoi carried the crisp chill of early winter, yet my heart burned with an unshakable fire. At the Foreign Trade University, within the framework of the New Zealand – Vietnam EduConnect event, Tim Haynes and I leaned over the table, pens in hand, to sign the founding document of CDB Neurofrog — a project bringing early education for the first 1,000 golden days to life on the Neurofrog digital platform.
Around us, the moment was wrapped in history. Witnessing the signing were Vietnam’s Minister of Education and Training, Mr. Nguyen Kim Son, and New Zealand’s Prime Minister, Mr. Christopher Luxon, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between our two countries. As I looked up, I felt it — this was more than a project. It was a bridge of knowledge, connecting New Zealand’s educational excellence to every Vietnamese home.
The Cong Dong Bau Community and Neurofrog share one mission: “For a generation of Vietnamese children who are healthier, smarter, more creative.” That day, the IPD8 Center was born, carrying the belief that with knowledge, technology, and boundless love for children, we can light the way toward a brighter future for millions of Vietnamese children.
